After graduating for UC Berkeley with a degree in Applied Mathematics, he participated in two startups (i) the first talking yellow pages and (ii) pioneer integrator of software/hardware solutions for small to mid-size companies. Eric was the Founder and CEO of Symetrix, a business consulting firm in San Francisco, CA which specialized in advising business owners on transitions and turnarounds. He represented Greece in the EU technology transfer program.
Co-founded American Equity Partners, a private equity group in Beverly Hills, CA focused in acquiring companies in arts & entertainment, music publishing, hospitality, parking, B2B, oil & gas, and QSR brands. Eric was the founder and CEO of Landis Associates, a business brokerage firm in CA & CO, providing business owners with merger & acquisition and business sales advisory services. Currently, Eric is the Managing Partner of M&A Business Advisors, a full-service Business Brokerage and M&A Advisory Firm, in Orange County, CA; and part of the leadership team of Exit Planning Institute’s (EPI) Orange County and San Diego Chapters.
